GGv0.19 - mini update (new job); tutorial on the way

TINY update this go ‘round – was hoping to get my shiny new tutorial experience into this one but it simply is not ready. here’s what i did:
- fixed bug where tooltip would appear in the wrong location when hovering over some elements for the first time.
- added new class (??? – in the Gym Rat tree)
