GGv0.21 changelog ~ tutorial

GGv0.21 went out on wednesday but i just realized i forgot to include a changelog! here it is:
changelog
- reworked most of the tooltips and the system overall to show multiple at a time when necessary, and to show them in more places (e.g. showing tooltips for abilities mentioned in cards).
- introduced icons for Attack, Heal, and Hit Points. they should be pretty easy to understand!
- added ability icons to the Promotion Chooser view, so you can see which jobs have which abilities.
- ability description tweaks for clarity.
- fixed an error where the battle log would be dismissed at the start of every preparation phase, if you had it displayed.
- fixed an error where if you took all the varmints out of yer posse during team select, you would be unable to add units back to it.
